Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
See also our Glossary of Art Terms
Are your prints lithographs?
Are they limited-edition?
Are they artist-signed?
All of our prints are lithographs, created using the offset lithography process.
Nearly all of our prints are open-edition, meaning they are produced in large quantities and
are not limited; they are not expected to increase in value. They are not
individually signed by the artist. The few signed limited editions that we do offer are
clearly marked.
Are these prints framed?
No, they are NOT framed prints.
Do you have a catalog?
Yes, of sorts. We have many thousands of print images and add new ones constantly. Therefore,
it is impossible for us to offer a comprehensive catalog of all our offerings. But we
do have small catalog sheets that show our most popular prints. They aren't free, but
they do include a coupon that more than covers the cost of the catalog should you
decide to purchase.
See our catalog section.
What kind of paper are the prints on?
We buy from many publishers, and each publisher uses different paper stock for
their various artists and product lines. So, there is no one answer. These are
not posters, but fine art prints, so the quality is naturally better. Generally,
our $8.95 prints are on heavier paper than our $4.95 prints. The weight and
quality of the paper used in our prints in the $8 to $10 range is of the same
type used in the high end prints selling for more than $40.
Do you offer wholesale prices? Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, we can offer special pricing to retailers, resellers, and wholesale dealers. If
you are interested in wholesale pricing or quantity
discounts, please visit our Wholesale Prints page.
I don't trust computers. Can I phone or fax in my order?
Of course. Go to our Mail/Fax in order form, print it, fill it out, then
mail or fax it to us.
Your order can be faxed toll-free (US) 24 hours a day to: 1-866-422-4754. Or
mail it to us at the address on our Contact Page.
All checks and money orders MUST be in U.S. funds payable on a U.S. bank; no exceptions.
Do you accept orders to be shipped outside the United States?
We can ship orders internationally, primarily to Canada and the
U.K. Additional shipping charges will apply, and these additional charges
can be substantial for overseas shipments. Still, some of our customers find
that our prices are so low, it is worth it. To see the shipping charges for a non-U.S. destination, simply
add the desired items to your basket and click on the Estimate Shipping link in the mini-basket display
in the upper-left of the shopping screen.
Military and Federal government APO and FPO addresses ship USPS Priority Mail at our
regular $6.95 flat rate, regardless of location. Priority Mail shipments to APO/FPO addresses
are at your own risk. For more reliable service, Express Mail is available for $10 more and
includes insurance and full tracking.

information needed to verify your credit card is sent to the credit
card processor in an encrypted form. This information is only used to process
